How many nails come in a set?

Each nail set includes 10 soft gel press-on nails.

Please make sure you have sized your nails. You can order a sizing kit along with your order.

How long do the nails stay on?

Application is key!

1-2 days: Use the sticky tabs that come with your application kit.

1-3 weeks: Apply a drop of nail glue to both your nail and press-ons. Apply downward at a 45 degree angle. Press down firmly for at least 10 seconds.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes! You should be able to get multiple uses out of them if they are still in good condition after you've removed them. If there is wear and tear, apply a thin clear coat to bring back shine and use the nail file to sharpen corners and/or edges for a crispier look.

To remove them: soak your nails in a bowl of warm soapy water for about 25-30 minutes. Slide your cuticle pusher in-between the press-on nail and your nail bed. Gently lift your press-ons off.

After removing all press-ons, buff away any nail glue that's left on your nail bed with your buffer. Place back in your nail case.

To reuse: remove excess nail glue on your press-on with a q-tip dipped in 100% acetone. Be careful, too much acetone can damage the press-on.

What comes in the package?

Each nail set includes 10 soft gel press-on nails and application kit.

Application kit includes: cuticle pusher, nail file, mini buffer, nail glue, sticky tabs and application, removal and reuse instructions.

How do I figure out my nail size?

New customers are required to order a one time sizing kit. Your sizing kit will come with instructions.

What do I do if none of the standard nail sizes fit my nails?

If none of the standard sizes fit your nails (XS, S, M, L,) then select "Custom" and leave your individual nail sizes at checkout in the note box in the order of: Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky. EX:  2, 5, 4, 6, 9.

Do you offer refunds or accept exchanges?

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. So, please make sure to double-check your nail measurements to ensure a perfect fit before ordering!

If any nails are deemed defective or damaged, you must email me within a week of delivery. I will do my best to resolve the issue!

What if I lose any of my nails?

I'm happy to help! Please order a replacement nail for your set.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Made-to-order sets have a processing time of 7-14 business days (excluding weekends) to make and ship your order.

Custom orders have a processing time of 14-21 days (excluding weekends) to make and ship your order.

Once the item ships, it should arrive 5-7 days after shipping! Thank you so much for your understanding and patience. 🤍
